Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Milanovae website and Services. The Services are operated by USYOURS LLC. By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the Services and for protecting your account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.
2. Store Information
We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, availability, prices, and other information accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. Minor variations that do not materially affect product use are not necessarily defects. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Prices, Billing, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added as disclosed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.
We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance. We accept an order when it is fulfilled or shipped. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may contact you to verify order information.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiration. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used for resale. We may cancel misuse or fraud involving promotions.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any law or another person’s rights;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information;
- introduce malware, scrape data without permission, interfere with security, or disrupt the Services;
- impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- use the Services or products for unauthorized commercial resale.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including text, graphics, branding, photographs, page design, and software—are owned by or licensed to USYOURS LLC and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content to operate, promote, and improve the Services, subject to applicable privacy law. You retain ownership of your content.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party tools, links, payment services, and platforms may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not apply where prohibited or to warranties and consumer rights that cannot be waived.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USYOURS LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold USYOURS LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Consumers may also have rights under the mandatory laws and courts of their home jurisdiction.
15. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
