Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after carrier tracking shows delivery. To start a return, email support@milanovae.com before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

2. Return Eligibility

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, a returned product must be:

  • unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition;
  • free from odors, stains, pet hair, alterations, or damage;
  • returned with original tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, and packaging; and
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, incorrect, or required by law, we do not accept returns of:

  • personalized, customized, or made-to-order goods;
  • perishable goods;
  • opened beauty, cosmetic, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive products;
  • underwear, swimwear without an intact hygiene seal, or other intimate goods;
  • gift cards or digital products;
  • clearance or final-sale items clearly marked non-returnable before purchase; or
  • items damaged through misuse, improper care, accident, normal wear, or unauthorized modification.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@milanovae.com and provide:

  • order number and checkout email;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos or video of the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label; and
  • any other information reasonably needed to review the claim.

If we confirm the claim, we will provide a remedy such as replacement, refund, repair, or another solution required by applicable law. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved.

5. Return Shipping

For an approved return based on change of mind, fit, preference, or an ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated customs charges. Original shipping charges and VIP Priority Processing fees are non-refundable once provided, except where required by law.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as instructed. We do not reimburse unauthorized express shipping. Use a trackable service and retain proof of shipment; we are not responsible for returns lost before reaching the designated return location.

Do not return products to the company office unless our support team gives written instructions. The approved return address may differ from our company office.

6. Inspection and Refunds

After an approved return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.

Where permitted by law, deductions may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, missing parts, or non-returnable condition.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. Defective or incorrect-item replacements are subject to availability.

8. Cancellations and Refused Deliveries

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins and is unavailable after shipment.

Refusing delivery does not automatically create a valid return. Actual outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, and fees may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not appeared after the stated timeframe, check with your bank or card issuer first. Then contact support@milanovae.com with your order number.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not prevent you from exercising any lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.

11. Consumer Rights

This Policy does not exclude or restrict statutory rights that cannot be waived. If local law gives you more favorable cancellation, return, warranty, or refund rights, those rights apply.
